Yes...
regardless if she needs to go or not, take her in the bathroom every hour to 'Try', she does not need to produce, but the repetitive visits will help her be more relaxed and calm and will help you understand the routine that her body needs, and soon you'll know when the best time to encourage her to use the bathroom with a higher success rate.
