Does Anyone Have Any Advice On Making Transitions Easier For My Little?

It seems like he is struggling in school due to transitioning from one activity to another. He gets upset and starts banging his head on the floor 😭

My son has some anxiety about what to expect next in school. A picture schedule for the day or a picture of what to expect for the next activity might help. I have seen some kids with helmets if meds didn't help or they are too young for meds. I hope it's gets better for you guys.

Thank you for the advice! I will look into it. The head banging is pretty bad and he is 2 and a half. He has put like 10 holes through the wall with his head.

PECS or an AAC device really helped my son once he started school. We did eventually start medication once he turned 6 to stop the head banging.
