The eyes @A MyAutismTeam Member.
My Son get's crossed-Eyed when He has a mild headache, and then I just give Him an Aspirin.
He'll hit His head if it's a Migraine.
A Sinus Headache is judged by how I feel in the morning, that is, if I'm having one, He's having one.

sensory processing difficulties may contribute to an increased risk of headaches. It is possible a tablet may exacerbate it.

Not sure on how to tell. Perhaps given them Calpol just in case?

This might help;

I look for crying, holding forehead, smacking self around eyes and face...I have heard of some autistic kids being diagnosed with headaches by nuerologist but don't know what kind of testing is involved....
