It's important that the people changing the diaper remain calm even if there is kicking and throwing of the diaper or refusal to put pants back on. If there is music or a video the toddler likes, have that in the background. Diaper rash can be really hard on kids with sensory issues. My son is still in pullups and if he has diaper rash, it makes it a lot more difficult.
