How Can You Deal With A Toddler And Picky Eating?

My son used to eat almost everything. But now there is a new item that he just doesn't want to eat. I am runing out of ideas ( also patience, is very frustrating because he is starting to lose weight).
Any advise?😔

Go back to what you knew.
It may be part of his regression and you need to go back a few years and then work your back up to today.
