My daughter uses a compression sheet on the advice of our OT. She loves it.

If it continues for a long time, I would consider ruling out and potential medical issues

Maybe add a weighted blanket? They have different hefts. I bought a Minecraft one for my son that is relatively light. He likes to sleep with it on every night.

@A MyAutismTeam Member It would probably be trial and error to see if an adult would benefit. I'm sure some do find it helpful.
