My son is highly functioning, but changing his diet made a big difference in his ability to focus, in his digestive comfort, and in reducing his level of fatigue. He also had the tendency to gain a lot of weight and that stopped. But removing gluten alone may not do the trick. I found it worth our while to test for food allergies, and we ended up removing quite a few other items from his diet, such as pumpkins and mangoes. What helped was to not have any of the allergenic foods around the house.

Get an allergy test. Get a blood microscopy test. Check out with your homeopathic dr.and your peditrician-M.D. dr. the side effects of that diet. I used it butno more. Under the direction of a dr. I use plant enzymes and probiotics for my family. Nevada use Dr. Thomas Brewer and google enriching gifts.com ask questions and see your dr. for all.
