What if you do not have a Facebook page?

I figured that might be the case, and if I change my profile photo on face book, the changes are not carried over, or do they take some time. Thanks for the answer.

Thanks, I see new updated picture. If anyone looks for this again make sure you close out your browser after you change your face book profile picture and a new picture will appear. Took a few hours for me.
