The pediatrician that i currently go to doesnt seem to show concern w/ my son. i dont vaccinate my daughter and i told her my concerns about waiting until she is 18 months old to go ahead w/ vaccinations, and all i got was "if vaccinations caused autism we would all have autism." i never said vaccinations caused autism women im just scared.

I am in love with Dr. Jerry Kartzinel in Irvine, CA. I drive up from San Diego & would totally recommend him even though he's a drive for you, too. He is totally open-minded and I leave every appt feeling empowered. Not to mention, my son had tons of Aspie-related health issues, which Dr. Kartzinel was able to heal (and countless other docs could not).

You would still need a local pediatrician for everyday stuff. I go to a regular one for that, but usually run that guy's input by Dr. Kartzinel by phone.

Try "Find Providers" in the top bar on this site. I did a search for pediatricians and bakersfield and got some good results http://www.myautismteam.com/provider_search?utf...

hope this helps!

Be more scared of the illnesses the vaccines are seeking to prevent: Nearly half of kids under 5 who get measles, for example, end up disabled or dead, and a quarter of kids that are older do as well. Now, for a variety of reasons people are choosing not to immunize their kids, and terrible things result. Kids dying of Whooping Cough in New Mexico, and now this story: http://news.yahoo.com/measles-cases-put-texas-m...(Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators).html

If you look into the study...it was only one study and had a lot of bias. Vaccines don't cause autism.
