When I give him the puppy dog look when he won't hug me. Works EVERY time! :)

Playing "tricks" on us. He used to do inappropriate things like drop things down the stairs and laugh. But we started rewarding him when he played "good jokes."

He also likes to exercise on equipment and watch his reflection and laugh. No one else at the health club is as happy as he is. And the cool thing about it, most people smile as he laughs. Only a few people look at him oddly.

My son loves to jump on things or off things, it always makes him smile. Also he loves it when his older sister does silly things to make him laugh.
