Well, you need to start out with a tbs, and move up. I use a 1/4 cup. If you start to fast, it may cause stomach issues. I am sold on this so far. I was on 35 mg of retalin myself and stopped once I started with the coconut oil. It did not more retalin ever did for me. Hopeful.

Hi Shannon! You can pre-order from Amazon but there's no definite date yet on when it will come out. I hope this would be helpful to our kids.

Wow! Thank you so much for sending that information, that was really helpful. We do feel we are seeing some positive changes in Charles, but they are subtle. I have found some Virgin Coconut oil capsules and that has made life easier. If you think of it, I'd love you to remind me when the book comes out. Hugs and hope, Shannon

trentsmom, I'm not sure what you mean when you say you use 1/4 coconut oil, could you explain please?

I use 1/4 coconut oil everyday and I give Trent 2 tbs everyday. I have seen a huge improvement in bloth of us. The "idea" of haveing a diabetic brain makes so much since! I do know know where it goes for me and Trent. Everyone else in my family can't even look at it with out terrible stomach issues. I am leaning to the idea that Trent and I both have this. I will be continuing this program.
