Never too late, depending on what his specific needs are, therapy can always be useful. My son is nearly 12 but was diagnosed at 3 w/PDD and has issues w/anxiety... just started cognitive behavior therapy w/a psycologist 2 months ago and already had a break through just today! Does your son have an IEP yet or is there someone at his school that you can talk with to set up a behavior plan?

My son was 13 when he got his diagnosis. He is 15 now and waiting on approval of ABA therapy. I say it's never too late to try something. I just wish I had started it earlier. I'm also seeking social skills groups.
