A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

"Just suppose," said Ted "Dr. Seuss" Geisel, "there was a little kid who didn't speak words but only weird sounds?"

Does this sound familiar to anyone here? I came upon this great little book by Dr. Seuss and had to recommend it. Not only is it a fun read, but there is also a very, very important message for our kids. It's about being different and finding your niche in life. http://www.amazon.com/Gerald-McBoing-Boing-Litt...

Speaking of good books -- "Accidental Teacher: Life lessons from my Silent Son" is one of those rare finds. Tells an honest and insightful true story.

@A MyAutismTeam Member....SCORE! Where do you shop? I've also heard the book was turned into a movie/tv show a while back, but I'm not familiar with that at all.

@A MyAutismTeam Member ...Thank you for the recommendation! In the past year I've been through quite a few 'life challenges', so I'll enjoy reading this book.
