My 5 year old son often asks me, "Is this a dream?". Do I need to be concerned about this? Is he not understanding reality vs. Fantasy? Could this be a sleep issue? Anyone else have this issue?

It is "normal" for kids on the spectrum to not be able to seperate reality from fantasy. Logan is 12 and we still deal with this on a daily basis. I just try to explain the best I can what's real and what's not.
