www.wrightslaw.com if they refuse to follow the iep or give nessasary services there are several steps you can take including making the school pay for private schooling or getting a district transfer. But this requires tons of documentation

Yes we just recently had to take our little one out of the school he has been attending since the start of school year. There not scheduling his IEP meeting that was due in March was not done and we requested several times to deal with this issue , with only a month or so left to school and the problem not even dealt with we took him out and he is now going to pblic school, unfortunately he only goes half day now because they only have so many seats for full time kidnagarten and also his IEP has expired and now we have to start the process all over again and it is so frustrating to us.His whole routine has been upset and the signs are starting to show and it is so unfair to him because he just does not undrstand the changes he is experiencing.
