Thanks
We used all those 'junk' catalogues we got in the mail and even requested some that had kids stuff in them. We then saved them for 'on the potty time' they made great potty books and my kids loved them. When they got torn up we just replaced them with current ones.
I made Logan a potty book. Basically I took pictures of him doing all the steps from turning on the light to drying his hands afterwards and turning the light back off and put them in a powerpoint slide show and then printed it. I then spent about a week taking him to sit on the potty every 30 minutes and had him sit in underwear even though I had to clean up tons of accidents. Eventually we graduated to just staying with him constantly and watching to see when he'd try to make his get-away to go hide and pee in his pants. We've got him going #1 in the potty really quickly but #2 is still an issue.
Thank you I will start taking pictures today. I never thought of making a potty book , but I have bought several .
