I do find that Culturelle (lactobaccillus) helps.......but.....popcorn is useful, too. :)

Try aloe vera juice for constipation.

I concur with Myzettel and I have never heard of it being used for constapatiom]n. There could be a new use for it though

Nystatin is an antifungal cream and not at all useful for constipation. When taken orally it can actually promote constipation in infants and toddlers.
