I would recommend reading "The Autism Book" by Dr. Bob Sears and "Healing the New Childhood Epidemics" by Dr. Kenneth Bock. Both books have good discussions of the various supplements that may prove helpful. For my DD we saw big jumps after adding the following: Behavior Balance DMG, acetyl-l-carnitine, and Coenzyme Q10. I also give Klaire Labs VitaSpectrum multi, Coromega EFA's, and Inner Eco Non-Dairy Coconut Kefir probiotics but those haven't seemed to make any difference in terms of the ASD. I figure they're still good for general nutritional support. Additionally, the methyl B12 injections seem to have mildly accelerated her rate of improvement, but those require a doctor's prescription.
