I haven't sent my son to camp yet, so I can't recommend on our actual experience. The most reasonably priced one for special needs kids I've found is with Easter Seals. We aren't in MD, but I'd imagine there might be one near you? My son will be 4 this summer, and not many of the special needs camps here cater to kids that young. Good Luck!
