Thanks, Jaes. I don't know the answer. He works very well before. But all of a sudden, he started to hide and poop without any reason. At least I didn't know what cause this behavior. Also, due to the communication obstacle, I feel confused how to solve this problem. He can be able to understand my idea, exactly know what we want him to do. But he seems live in his world. I am really hesitating right now, should I push him to work in the right way or just let him go in his way? But anyway, I really feel a little relax after I knew that it is a common behavior. Hopefully he can go through soon.

From what I read why going through something similar, this is common for little guys - on and off the spectrum. Suggestions that he didn't like the sound of poop dropping in the toilet? Or perhaps the washing is his way of saying goodbye to the poop? Maybe wiping is a challenge? Unless your son is willing and able tell you, the mystery will continue. I explained the health benefits of pooping with digestive diagrams (worked well with my 5 year old) and kept reminding him. It took about 6 months with the most success during summer break (consistency and fewer distractions). Hope this helps.

Thanks. Robert10, I feel better. Because I tried to stop his washing last night, he looked very upset, and took on another pair clothing and soiled them on purpose. I feel very angry.
