I'm not familiar with the school districts in your area but I do know we have offices in Arizona. ABA services will help your child immensely in developing the skills he is still lacking in. As professionals, we actually feel that our services are more important than an ineffective school system. Have you considering sharing the diagnosis with the school? here in California we have certain public schools that have different autism programs. We are in the middle of testing my oldest to see what Autism track will suit his needs best. Once I asked for him to be tested in school they are using the Dr's diagnosis in their testing to find the best place for him. If the school does not comply go to the school district and talk to the people in the special ed department they will show all you need to do.
