Suggestions For Tracker / Locater
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

We are taking our 10 year old daughter with classic autism to Disney World in january, which spurred us to start looking at trackers. I think we have decided it would be a good investment, regardless of the trip, to get her a tracker. Does anyone have experience with them? It is kind of overwhelming trying to choose the right one. I appreciate any suggestions or anecdotes. Thanks!

iPhone and Find Friends ap, or Find iPhone ap? jk. I know the Sheriff in Snohomish County had a tracking program you could sign up for that required the child to wear a ankle bracelet. Maybe you could ask the local police or sheriff if they have such a program.

Oh and via Pinterest a bracelet with number beads that has your cell phone number. I loved this idea. Then the kiddos just need to show their wrist and someone can call...

Lo-Jack. Our system works only MA our home state - so make sure you can have her tracked in the state you will be in. Also call Disney and talk to them. They don't want a child lost in the park anymore than we do. Explain the circumstances and see what services they already have in place. If you trust her to keep something on her or with her there is a tracker available that works within iPhone but you have to have great cell coverage. At Disney that won't be a problem, don't know if it would work in your home or neighborhood reliably. Have fun!!!

I just found this deal online. I think for the price it would be worth a try. I love that I can call the watch and talk to him if I need to. https://www.opensky.com/bluelans/product/anti-l...
