You should also check out the STAR Center in Denver. I would love to take my son there, we live in Texas, but maybe that is a Center you may want to live not too far from. Specials are Autism, SPD, ADHD/ADD etc.

Here in Denver we have several private schools but not completely sure if they would have a preschool program. The Joshua School is in SE Denver and is opening in Boulder. In Parker just south of Denver, there is Firefly Autism School. Havern doesnt have preschool, but has an excellent in house program including therapy. These would all be big $ of course.
The Cherry Creek School District which spans Greenwood Village, Centennial and Aurora, has the best reputation with autism but most districts in other than Denver Public Schools have some kind of decent programming.. These are the areas I know since in live nearby, but I am seeing a lot of development in The Colorado Springs area that may be even more promising.
and of course Temple Grandin resides in Fort Collins and teaches at Colorado State University where she is very influential, so she may have some impact on the public schools in that area.
The best place to start looking for a new coordinator and therapists etc. is JFK Partners associated with the University of Colorado Hospital system.
Good luck and I hope you try our great state.
