We use curcumin spice regularly in certain food but very tiny amount. We did try Enhansa in higher dose for few days with food as an anti inflammatory, but found it too hard to mix or supplement with food or drink, so gave up. Didn't see anything good or bad. It is a COX-2 inhibitor like NSAID so may help with reducing inflammation depending on dosage.
Thxs facetious. Longvida seems promising.I have enhansa samples at home but havent tried them yet.I will ask my DAN doc rgd this product.
@A MyAutismTeam Member, take a look at this one instead (LongVida) - curcumin which has been studied and patented.
