Dr. Neubrander is in jersey, but not sure specific area. He is well known but very very expensive. I have heard pros and cons about him.
We see a developmental pediatrician at St. Peter's university who does follow some of the Dan protocol, if you are interested I can send you her name. She does bloodwork, Etc and will recommend vitamins,etc.
At this point we are working on getting the yeast out of our sons got and she has been a huge help.
