My 10 year old son seems to be getting more aggressive these days. not in the violent sense but much more emotional. his stemming (i think that's the spelling)has also increased too. What type of therapy or intervention would help me help him in both areas. Especially the emotional part. He has a speech delay, which i am sure is as frustrating to him as it is to me trying to understand what is going on.
