There are half a dozen published studies on HBOT and autism including blinded studies, some showing efficacy and some not. Given the high cost, not something that we are considering. I don't know what is Ondamed but pretty sure it has not been studied scientifically unlike HBOT.
You've gotten some great info on HBOT. In a cursory look at Ondamed, I would be very leery of it. Anything claiming to cure lots of unrelated conditions is a pretty sure sign of quackery.

It is very important to rule out mitochondrial disorder (fairly common in spectrum kids) before starting HBOT because HBOT is dangerous for those with mito disorder. That is one reason why our biomed dr. does not feel the potential benefits to HBOT outweighs the potential risks.
