Any Advice For Dealing With An ASD Child And Divorce / Separation?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Recently separated from my husband. My ASD daughter is struggling through the change...specifically with bedtime. Struggling to stay in bed, fall asleep and "missing her dad". We're doing the "worry box" again and call dad every night. Any advice from someone that has navigated these waters?

My husband has been away for years, he is not able to express his feeling...but had a sleep problem. I uses GABA and N.A.C for him and it helps him tremendously. Now he sleeps about 8-9 hours a day.
