STL SPED ATTORNEYS...
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

I need an attorney who's reason for living is SPED Law. Fat chance, huh? Wait...it get's better...I also need this attorney to practice in the Greater STL area and not wipe out our checking, savings, retirement, kids college, etc...
This is a rare scenario in which the parents have every single document and record in place.

We need the messiah of attorneys to relentlessly argue our cases and leave us victorious, but not broke.

The WI Dept of Ed also has a fantastic manual for determining IDEA eligibility that is nationally relevant.

In WI we have the University of Wisconsin Law Department and the bar take questions and give advice on Attorneys. There is also ABC legal to give guidance or advice on attorneys for disabilities. We found some attorneys that give advice on SSI do disability law pro Bono. I hope this helps.
