My son is three he was diagnosed very shortly after 3 rd bday although we were already in speech and OT at the time. Anyway sleep for many months has gotten to be more and more of a problem all the time! We use small dose tenex now attention and focus, his Dr did about six weeks or so start him on remeron for sleep and eventually help with anxiety that lasted maybe a week and he had side effects took him off do far havent been ready to try anything else. Will he wear a weighted blanket it helps them feel like you are holding them and might keep him asleep longer

Melatonin is not very strong and may help them go to sleep but not keep them asleep. We found the only thing that works for our daughter is Trazadone. She really has no side effects from it, and they can start with a small dose and work up until you find what works.
