I know someone who swears by the "Jeddy's Blend" essential oils mix. I haven't tried it yet because we're working our way through the list of suggestions from our biomed dr. but it's something I might try down the line.

I have a friend who loves them. I tried a sample that he gave me, and I didn't notice any difference. Maybe try one of the mixes and see what you think. It seems a little expensive if it doesn't work, but if it works a little, then it is about right.
