Medicaid covers "Instensive behavioral therapy" (also known as ABA, though not necessarily "discrete trial")…Qualification for medicaid can be based on disability, contact social services and ask about medicaid waivers that are available.

the school might be able to help. They suggested it in my case. It never came through but we had a lot of problems keeping him in one place.
