We send a draft IEP home 1-2 weeks before the IEP is held. If the IEP is signed at the meeting we immediately copy and send it home with the parents. If it is not signed we send home a copy within 24 hours of it being signed and returned. If you request a copy I think they have 48 hours to send one home.

I've always gotten a draft of the IEP at the meeting to take home & review and the final copy within a week.

was it the final IEP meeting where they explained to you what services would be provided? If so, they need to implement them immediately.
