I know they says it's safe, but here I am thinking back on life and wondering about that shot. I had a swine flu shot at 6 weeks pregnant. My son was born with cortical dysplasia affecting his entire brain. He just had the left temporal lobe of his brain removed because of seizures. He is nonverbal with autistic feature. If there was strong link between a flu shot and autism it would be pretty obvious to figure out if there was single source for the problem.
When we didn't know the cause of diseases we blamed witches, bad air (malaria), bad blood (blood-letting). . . We aren't that different from our ancestors despite our longer lifespans and our ability to life healthy lives from common things like a deep infected cut that killed our predecessors. More recently we were clueless about AIDS but managed to find treatments (not a cure) within 15 years. Somewhere there's Nobel Prize there for the doctor(s) out there who can first figure out what causes autism. I've said it before but there is no big push for research and I challenge anyone who can show me some convincing numbers beyond the rising numbers of people diagnosed with autism.

I had flu shots with half of them and not with the other half, and it made no difference. 5 out of 6 of my bio kids are on the spectrum.
