Has anyone tried homeopathy? We are considering it, but don't want to waste our time if it won't work. thanks in advance
No and I wouldn't waste my time on it. I would go with biomed approaches that have research studies behind them.
Some parents have had a lot of success with homeopathic treatments. They can be done along with biomedical treatments. Go with your gut and I would try it. Its inexpensive and there is nothing to lose. What doesn't work for some kids will work for others. We are all in different paths but trying to get our child healthy. I'd say go for it.
We have been putting it off fo some time now but will start homeopathic treatment in the next few days. We are also scheduled to see Dr Rossignol next month. I'll keep everyone updated
We saw an improvement in the quality of her play, which is important to peer interactions at her age (she's 5). Research on oxytocin is ongoing, but the preliminary studies are encouraging: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/12/13...
What does the nasal spray do?
I know people who swear by NAET but I couldn't find any legitimate research to suggest it might be helpful in reducing symptoms. Our money is better spent on biomedical treatments that are starting to have some research to back them up like methyl B12 shots and Oxytocin nasal spray.
