probiotics have helped her tremendously. We were going through bottles of miralax and now we don't

Fruit is the best help, my son likes red grapes thankfully, Icees help too. I've tried Miralax, it does work but I stopped using it because of the toxic ingredients.

Oh my yes! She's always had trouble with constipation. Her doctors recommended Mirilax. It works. I was (and still am) able to sneak it into her drinks. (Don't judge! The constipation is severe.) She won't drink it voluntarily.

I would recommend Trienza, it is made to assist with digestion and breaking down food sources, maybe probiotics too. Both are good, help with regulation. I would also recommend a GI doctor test the GI tract and find out what is causing it. Might be a food allergy or something easy to fix - but if they are not helping the other two options might help.
