Hi. We use nordic naturals cod liver oil. I had read somewhere else that the Vit K that is in Speak may not be great for our kids. I don't remember where, but you may want to google it and try it out. Good luck.

We used Speak Smooth (liquid version of Speak) with great results. Unfortunately, the taste made my son gag and spit it out or vomit if we made him swallow. The smell will NOT come out of clothing no matter what. After throwing out numerous shirts and shorts, we discontinued. I wish he could swallow the pills....
