I have a 4 year old son diagnosed with moderate to severe autism. We are moving to Joint Base mcguire dix lakehurst in southern new jersey. We would like to be with in 40 minutes of base considering cherry hill, westampton, medford, mount laurel, lakewood, toms river. I would like to know the best school district in the area as well as any aba centers. Any information is much appreciated.

Most counties in South jersey have special services school districts..i live in Gloucester county..have a child in Bainbridge development center in Sewell nj...awesome awesom awesome school..love it. Cherry hill area also has a school similar but there was a recent backlash there about a teacher being a real jerk off to a non verbal autistic child..cherry hill is kinda of a hike from where u will be. So is where my boys go. Call your local district and ask them directly what their out of district options for learnibg disabled children are.
