Looking For Aperger's Teen Social Group In Dutchess County

I'm searching for some new teen friends in the area for my son. He's aging out of boy scouts this year and his one friend on the spectrum is graduating from high school this year and may be moving away. Does anyone know of an Asperger's teen group in group in the Dutchess County area for socialization? Bowling, dinners out, etc.
