Anybody Doing GAPS Diet?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello. Anybody out there doing the GAPS diet? Anybody benefitted from it? @A MyAutismTeam Member, I have the Gut and Psychology Syndrome book you recommended, and I cannot put it down... fascinating! Makes me rethink what might be the best diet for our kids....

Does anyone know what happened to @Jillv? Seems as if all her posts and communications have been erased. I wanted to check in with her....

I also listened to a week of autism summit videos frim all the doctors
Frim maps .
I made some bone broth today but I cooked them in a pressure cooker .
There was two instruction on how to cook it ,one was slowly in the crock pot and one was short time cooking .
Does anybody knows what the reall different bits ?
The instruction was very helpful Jill .
