Anyone use DHA supplement? See any difference? Or how do I know what's the best supplement for brain and focus??
We used to give our son St. Barlenes. His multi vitamin has a smaller amount of DHA. Our son's Psychiatrist prescribed Vayarin. (I should double check spelling) It is a highly concentrated fish oil. We noticed a slight improvement from the Vayarin.
Can't really say if there's any difference as we're doing intensive behavioural therapy as well. But, everyone should be taking some sort of DHA anyway - regardless of diagnosis.
My son takes DHA cod liver oil made by Nordic Naturals. He seems to handle life a lot better when he is taking it. He can focus a little more to stay on task.
