Anyone use DHA supplement? See any difference? Or how do I know what's the best supplement for brain and focus??
We used to give our son St. Barlenes. His multi vitamin has a smaller amount of DHA. Our son's Psychiatrist prescribed Vayarin. (I should double check spelling) It is a highly concentrated fish oil. We noticed a slight improvement from the Vayarin.
My son takes DHA cod liver oil made by Nordic Naturals. He seems to handle life a lot better when he is taking it. He can focus a little more to stay on task.
Just off and on.
I don't know that I can attribute any differences to DHA since I haven't given them to her daily.
Any Advice For The Best Flavorless Multivitamin Supplement (preferably In Liquid Or Powder Form) To Support Kids On The Spectrum?
