15-18mo I noticed words starting to decrease. I also noticed my little one like to spin objects (contantly).

We noticed at around 3 with our son because he wasn't talking but it heist seemed fine, his sister who is a year younger we noticed at 2 and she is still nonverbal at 10.

Now going back looking at videoes and knowing what we know now I can see the signs earlier than I would have then. Most of the time when you are inexperienced the signs are there you just don't see them for what they are. Now 9 years later I would see what I didn't then but I don't beat myself up over it because I just couldn't have known.
