I am sorry if this question has been asked recently. I need to start giving my daughter vitamins as her diet is terrible and she eats mostly junk food and I worry she's not getting the nutrition she needs. I don't even know what vitamins to give her or how to get her to even take them. She is 3. Please any helpful tips that have worked for you would be great! Thanks!
Liquid vitamins a must. It absorbs better, quickly and more potent. Try liquid health childrens multi--with elderberry juice. One of the best I've tried. My kids love the taste and they are extremely picky eaters. Worth every penny. luckyvitamin.com. I bought a big fat dropper from cvs and squeeze it in their mouths. it's amazing because not only does it contain amino acids but also trace minerals. it help with focus, energy and it increased my boys appetites. Good luck! ;)
My dr recommended carnation instant breakfast, I give to my son once or twice a day and his recent bloodwork showed that he's now getting all the vitamins he needs
I give my child children's multivitamin Emergen-C (not ideal, but better than nothing), which I call "Fizzy tea." My son is obsessed with tea bags and likes the fizziness, so he drinks some. :) He hates gummy bears and can detect the faintest drop of vitamins or medicine in his drink, so this was my solution.
Thank you for asking this! I need to know as well because my son literally won't eat anything that he used to. We do pediasure but other then that when it comes to vitamins i'm clueless. And all his pediatrician says is "just any kids multivitamin". I just don't know which one is better? haha Sometimes I overthink it probably :P
I put my kids vitamins in his milk and juice but he has figured it out so now he smells it and taste a sip then decides if he wants to finish it. I am still trying to get him to take his daily.
