has anyone any thoughts on this i have recently read some literature on the subject and feel if anything a deficiency wouldnt help certain symptoms, like mood anxiety living in Ireland i am almost certain we are all deficient in vit D but James more so im considering giving him a supplement and i am not sure of the doseage size any thoughts??

thanks@DJkids its hard to even get tested for vit d deficiencies over here so i dont know the recommended dosage for James or in any case if he is deficent and was thinking of taking them also, we get very little sunshine here, it has rained all summer, and when we were in spain we are putting on suncream, so maybe a wee visit to the doctor is in order thanks for your reply x

No on the biomed Doc we can barely get to see a specialist e ca wait up to 12 weeks to see someone. Will look into those websites and try to find that super nu Thera. Thanks @ BABM for your input. Tish.

@A MyAutismTeam Member we have very little help here regarding nutrition and supplements I'm grateful for your input. When taking vit d is there a need for anything else I read somewhere about vit k aiding with absorbsion but there is very little resources here to draw on Your doctor and then hospital referral which can take months and not a lot of support for alternative treatments

thanks for @A MyAutismTeam Member The reason i ask is that i will struggle to even get a blood test done here for vit d deficiency will now approach the doctor, and see what they will do i dont want to do this blind cause i know to much vit d is not good either, thanks your reply at least has affirmed for me i was in the right area doseage wise thank you Tish x
