Members discussed their varied experiences with MB12 injections and biomedical treatments, particularly through Dr. Neubrander in New Jersey, for their children with autism. Several members shared mixed results: one parent stopped the shots after their son reacted poorly and showed no improvement, while another reported significant positive changes in awareness, cognition, eye contact, and language after starting treatment. A recurring theme was the need for patience, as effects can take time to appear, along with questions about timing, side effects like aggression or crabbiness, and the importance of monitoring how each child responds to treatment.

I heard a lot about MB12, in the case of my child, he improved a lot. MB12 helps in awareness, cognition, appropriateness, eye contact and language. I know that MB12 is part of the biomedical treatment with DAN Dr. Neubrander. I never do ANYTHING to hurt or cause damage him. There are a lot information about MB12 on internet. I told my experience of my child. MB12 helps a lot in the language. He takes some supplements too because he has some deficiency in vitamin. Before starting with Dr. Neubrander, my son was very different :(

MB12 is not for deficiency of vitamin b, it is helping a lot to my child. My son is different after starting mb12.

the shots didn't seem to help my son and even though they are supposed to be painless and I used numbing creme he jumped so badly he bent the needle. this even happened when I tried to inject him in his sleep. since i didn't notice an improvement I stopped giving him the shots due to the risk of breaking off a needle when he jumped. An imbalance of b vitamins can cause headaches and other side effects so do pay attention to how your kiddo reacts. My son got crabby after the shots and that was about the only difference we noticed but I have heard it can take a while to see the effect.
