Yes... when one feels better they can do better. My son's behavior always improves after anti-biotics (interestingly his worsen with probiotics). It could be relief of since infection symptoms, I know when I get sinus infections I am really dizzy and in pain and don't want to deal with anyone...or it is also possible that your daughter had PANDAS (I think now it is also called "PANS)
Sinus/Ear infections, bowel blockages, barometric pressure....all cause feelings of pressure and fullness that affect perception, comfort, concentration...have had varying degrees of behavioral and attention issues with Jack because of each of these singularly and in combination....
I believe I noticed the same behaviour change when my daughter was receiving intravenious antibiotics after apendix infection/removal. She was very calm and relaxed during that time.
that is so very interesting about the antibiotics. It is in a way that now they treat some ulcers with antibiotics because they discovered ulcers are causes by a bacteria called H-Pylori.
Interesting!
