A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My son is underweight. He is extremely picky. The pediatrician suggested pediasure and carnation instant breakfast. He refuses both! I've switch him to whole milk and add butter, cream, oil to anything I can. He ya extremely limited on what he will eat and he is almost always aware if u try and hide something in his normal foods.
Does anyone know of any weight gainers, protein powders, vitamins or anything that is tasteless/flavor-free and does not alter texture too much? I'm struggling here.

Oh my, I hate that my sons eating is limited, but that is sad that he wont eat. If it werent for carnation or pediasure hed be malnourished. Maybe if you tried to make it with ice cream like a shake? Everyone likes ice cream, right? I hope so, good luck to you...

Try vial nutrients collage (aka protein) powder. It can be mixed into cold and hot liquids. You can find it on Amazon.
