A good MAPS doctor

I was thinking of seeing Dr. John Green in Oregon. Anybody having experience seeing him or any other MAPS doctor anywhere else?
Any suggestions/experience will be helpful.

Thanks BABM. We just started the GFCF diet and put him on Diflucan, as recommended our local DAN. But I feel to address his issues under the supervision of a biomed practicioner.
