I'm looking for any advice, my son is almost 13 and seems completely addicted to video games. We do limit his time but when its time to get off he gets so irritated and mean. Maybe adding a schedule for the whole evening would help? You could use an envelope with non-screen choices such as reading, board or card games, a movie, or drawing etc. We have had good success with adding game time to our evening and taking turns choosing the game.

Thank you for your response. I do not know why biomed is and to be honest it scares me due to my son as I'm sure you've heard from many parents here is the pickiest eater. Won't touch fruit or veggies in any form. All food must be warm. I keep trying to think of groups he can join and have yet to find anything he will even entertain the thought of. Your plan seems great. He is doing ok in school though homework is also a fight.
