AZ Senate Passes Bill To Reassign Special Education Teachers To General Classrooms

Why isn't anyone protesting this? This bill is on its way to the House.

If this passes it will have horrible ramifications for our kiddos. We won't have any other choice than to home school our son. This is just unacceptable. It isn't enough that most insurance companies do not provide coverage for Autism that now lawmakers will be directly responsible for the regression of our ASD kiddos. This isn't the answer and we won't have any other choice than to homeschool our son.

I saw that article. It's clearly a horrible decision for our ASD kids. The people of the Senate likely don't have any special needs kids. I hope to get out of AZ. in a few years. I find all services for my ASD child to be severely lacking in quantity & quality.
